PART B: VALORISATION PLAN

SECTION I: ESTIMATION OF COSTS

1

Taking into account the rest of the cost evaluation please provide an overall estimation of the total costs for full deployment/production of the R & D result.
… in terms of IPR protection
The product is protected by a user license. The protection is made by a pen drive. The costs can be considered not relevant.

…in terms of product development
The R&D laboratory is composed by a total of three skilled and experienced people. Adding one or two units to the team may be advisable to reduce the lead time for test and integration in the new development phase. The hardware used is mainly based on workstations that are already used for the commercial product for maintenance, training, consultancy and after sales activities.

The product is deployed by a DVD and USB pen drive for license management. No special tools are needed.

…in terms of mass production
Due to the target market of the application the mass deployment is in a range of numbers that the R&D laboratory is currently able to manage.
… in terms of marketing
No marketing investments are foreseen; it is preferable to reach the target groups via on line marketing: a new web page will be realized soon.
