The result of this research is to design and implement a transducer for simultaneous measurement of tangential and axial components of cutting force to rectify the interior in dynamic regime.

For physical building of the model will be used some specialized laboratories in the country (University of Craiova, Bucharest Polytechnic University).

In analyzing theoretical and experimental research the following steps have emerged following for practical implementation of the product:
- Analyze the cutting process;
- Achieve optimal functional and technological parameters;
- Testing and probing of experimental prototype;
- Verification of performance and reliability characteristics.

Time for testing, probing and homologation is estimated within 60 working days.

Product costs (research, design, prototyping) are estimated at Euro 5000. Costs related to testing, probing and homologation of functional model are estimated to be about 2400 Euro.

To what extent does the development team have technical resources for supporting the production of a new product? (Researchers, human resources, hardware, etc. )În ce măsură dispune echipa de resursele necesare pentru a asigura fabricarea noului produs? (Cercetători, resurse umane, hardware, etc.)
University of Craiova is one of the main institutions of higher education in South-West Oltenia, with managerial experience in scientific research; academic staff are involved in basic and applied research in all areas, as well as, advice and expertise.The research team can complete the project fully and in quality parameters proposed, with appropriate funding, within deadline. In support of this belief are made the following points:
- Research team includes experts recognized nationally and internationally, with significant results in the field of metal cutting, namely, internal rectification;
- Proven experience and competence of research team in completing other research contracts;
- Existence in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Craiova, of equipment and software that provide a sound basis for design, testing and probing.

What are the technical issues that need to be tackled for full deployment, if needed?Care sunt aspectele tehnice ce trebuie abordate pentru lansarea în fabricaţie, dacă sunt necesare?
 Based on innovative technical solutions for the manufacturing product launch the following steps are required for technical and technological development:
- Development of design concept and requirements;
- Product design and production;
- Manufacturing prototype;
- Prototype testing, probing and homologation (test reports, tests, measurements);
- Execution of series zero to check if the technological documentation and degree of equipment with devices and tools provided are ensuring the performances of homologated prototype.;
- Certification of series products.

What additional technical resources are needed for the production of this new product?Ce resurse tehnice suplimentare sunt necesare pentru fabricarea acestui nou produs?
To manufacture the new product is required to find additional technical resources (special equipment) such as internal grinding device, electro-strain gauge transducers, data collection system.

In recent years, are obvious some directions of research in developing cutting process dynamics on machine tools, of which mention:
- Cutting process modeling and elastic structure by dynamic systems with time-varying parameters and / or random parameters;
- Describe the dynamic behavior of the cutting process;
- Assessing the influence of processing conditions have on dynamic parameters of the equivalent dynamic processing system;
- Simultaneous evaluation of dynamic parameters of the system equivalent cutting process.
In Romania research has been carried out to ensure stability rectification process, results are mostly applied in industry.

It is also of interest in launching in manufacturing a captor and its promotion on domestic and international markets.

After creating and testing the experimental model, setting all suppliers of materials, components and sub-assemblies it is required to achieve product and the quantities and delivery dates, then start production.Procurement of materials and data collection system is made from specialized companies have such products in manufacturing.

For mass and series manufacturing are required tools, devices and advanced specialized machines.

 Estimated human resource requirements for manufacturing and mass series, will be:
- Staff working on production lines: 4 pers;
- Service staff (supply, storage, handling, shipping): 3 pers;
- Technical staff: 2 pers;
- Marketing, administrative staff: 2 pers.

What is you overall assessment of the technical feasibility of the research result?Care este evaluarea generală a fezabilităţii tehnice pentru rezultatul CD?
Technical parameters are achievable and required for the new product, and in the range of values that ​​are standardized (normalized). Product testing is not problematic, there are laboratories authorized for this purpose.Assumed risks (technical, financial) related to product design and production refers mainly to the following types:
- Risks that may arise during design stage;
- Risks that may occur during the execution stage of the product (technological risk, cost overrun risk, the risk of sub-contractors);
- Risks that may occur during operation of the product (change of Euro currency, changing economic circumstances in the area, major legislative changes).

In conclusion, the project can be considered to have a low risk in technical terms.
Thus, the product designed can be proposed for obtaining its physical as experimental prototype. Also it is worthwhile the launch it in mass and series manufacturing, namely to promote it on domestic and international markets.
