The compensation method presented permits not only the obtaining of the optimum corrections at the coordinate measuring system, but also the possibility of machinetool regulation with measures in coordinate. Thus, by machine (system) regulation
Considering the uncorrected values of the displacement vectors marked by the coordinate measuring robot (machine) and the displacement component of the vector in the coordinate system aligned after one of the coordinate measuring machine planes (the XY plane and x axis) at the displacement on one axis (axis 3), P_{0} will move in the coordinate system X,Y,Z with where .
Taking into account the difference between the theoretical position (P_{0}), and real position (P_{R}) of the point which materializes the center of testing spike (probe) in the measuring field owing the static deformation of the structure, it can be determined a correction function for the compensation of this.
For each axis, it is obtained a set of real point deformed which are introduced in the bicubic model of curve. This becomes the particular model of one margins of the coordinate measuring system working zone. The edges of this space are the basis elements to generate the margin surfaces.

The research team possesses human resources for development of methods for “Compensation Errors due to Deformation of Bearing Structure at the Coordinate Measuring Systems”.
The research team can complete the project fully and in quality standards proposed, with appropriate funding, by the deadline. Moreover, the research team includes experts recognized nationally and internationally, with significant results in the field of software products, that are validated by publications and competences in all areas of research proposed.

For practical implementation of research results the following steps are required:  Develop the concept of compensation and requirements;  Working out the method of compensation;  Method verification and validation; The results are used to obtain a clear picture of the system, based on which to make different decisions.

For using of specialized software in developing this research theme further research is needed by firms specializing in this field.

Overall assessment of the current stage of technical development.Evaluarea generală a stadiului actual de dezvoltare tehnică 
Correspondent to typodimensional (dimensional tip) variant statically analyzed for which are known the deformation values, it is established a correction function for the deformation in the vertical plane and, analogous, for other planes, resulting three correction functions. These functions permit the display of the numeric value corrected, in the vertical axis direction.
For deformation in the vertical plane, it is known the arrow value in the testing spike (probe) position – by analysis of model defined with finite elements – , which is a polynomial function of v (the distance from the vertical axis origin considered – the limit from left of testing). It is used a polynomial function with rank 5 correspondent to the deformation dependence of the measuring head position on the traverse (for bridge system).
It is determined, there, the deformation expression . The correction function for the vertical axis will be: With this expression for each position of the measuring space, it is established a measuring value corrected by the errors elimination owing the static deformation for that axis.
The graphs of deformation and correction function of the fixe traverse related to the position of the measuring show like in fig. 6.

After designing and validation of the model for error compensation, setting of all suppliers of materials, components and subassemblies required, as well as the delivery terms, then proceed with product promoting on domestic and international markets.  


To implement the research results into practice, the following are required:  Market research activities,  Preliminary investigation activities,  Investment activities,  Activities for operators’ training,  Activities of advertising, publicity and expertise. 



The estimated human resource requirements for implementation of software product will be:  staff to survey the market,  staff for investment operations,  staff for operators’ training and  staff for commercial activities, advertising and expertise.

What is you overall assessment of the technical feasibility of the research result?Care este evaluarea generală a fezabilităţii tehnice pentru rezultatul CD? 
In practice of compensation of errors caused by deformation of the supporting structure of measurement systems in coordinates, the scale of economic effects generated by the new method are as follows:  increase product quality;  reduce the launch cycle of product on market. The correction function for the vertical axis will be: With this expression for each position of the measuring space, it is established a measuring value corrected by the errors elimination owing the static deformation for that axis.
The graphs of deformation and correction function of the fixe traverse related to the position of the measuring show like in fig. 6.
In conclusion, the project can be considered to have a minim risk in technical terms; at the same time, the project has support from some measurement standards bodies.
