|Please provide a short description of the state-of-the-art and/or current trends in the field? How does the result fit into it?
Vă rugăm să faceţi o scurtă prezentare a celor mai importante realizări în domeniu şi/sau tendinţele actuale? Cum se încadrează rezultatul CD în acest context?
|So far only a few countries have the basic data and do manufacture the Experimental Equipments for Research of Shocks (USA, Germany, France). In Romania such research has been carried out at the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, and Bucharest Polytechnic University.
The equipment for research of shocks (described above in the paper) is used not only for the determination of processing force percussion, but also for the determination of other kinematical parameters of shaping mechanism.
Generally, the calculus of the processing force percussion is difficult and intricate because the processing force has the very large variations in a very short periods of time.
Thus, the equipment presents the advantage that it records the variation of the force in units of time as 10-4 seconds that permits the determination with high precision of the processing force percussion during the regime with shocks. Because of the function with shocks almost all kinematical parameters record jumps.
The equipment for research of shocks permits the determination of some parameters variation such as: the angular velocity of driving element; the linear velocity of shaping ram; the acceleration of the point positioned on the shaping ram, in a zone far to the working zone; the acceleration of the point situated close to the working zone.
It can be measured and other kinematical parameters using the same equipment but with other translators, after case.
Also, the equipment permits the obtaining of correlations between the processing force, the kinematical parameters of the shaping mechanism and the parameters of the processing regime.
The process and Experimental Equipments for Research of Shocks can be included within production line having in view its low cost, productivity and convenience in operation.

|The research result is included among research directions (kinematics, dynamics, vibration) of machine tools.The aim of the research is to develop an “Experimental Equipments for Research of Shocks”.
Modularization is their chance to win the market as viable and effective alternative, not only by flexibility, but also through the development of standardized modules. This approach will quickly lead to lower price of the product cost, increase the flexibility and maintainability as well as adaptability to a perfect working environment.

|The project team has experience in this field.
The conclusions drawn from experimental research provide new data on machine-tools vibrations.
The results obtained were used for preparation and implementation of “Experimental Equipments for Research of Shocks”.The need to develop performance products is justified by the need to drastically limit the vibrations to machine-tools.

|It is proposed the protection of intellectual property rights of product “Experimental Equipments for Research of Shocks” by National Patent, registered with the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks Bucharest (OSIM). As the product addresses not only domestic market but also the European markets, even the world ones, we consider it is required to have protection of intellectual property rights by a patent in Europe as well.|

1. Drafting the patent application documents 270 euro
2. Filing the patent application with OSIM (State Office for Inventions and Trademarks) 55 euro

4. Examination of patent application 437 euro
5. The patent and its issuance 122 euro
6. Maintaining a patent in force throughout the period of validity 5000 euroTotal: 5956 euro

|Developing a set of original knowledge focused on conception, design, implementation, testing and probing the “Experimental Equipments for Research of Shocks” is a proof of scientific maturity of the research result.Since its implementation requires the change of management concepts and methods in the organization, the product falls into the category of innovations in industry.
By the approached thematic, the proposed project will contribute to social and economic dimension as follows: protecting and promoting human health conditions at regional and national level; domestic and international cooperation in leading research areas.
