Born in Codroipo (UD) in 1964, is an expert of local development.
After graduate in Industrial Engineering at University of Udine, he worked for provincial and regional bodies on european projects.
Currently involved in the design and management of european, national and regional projects for local authorities and companies of Friuli Venezia Giulia: the main issues range from the local development to industrial districts, from sustainable tourism to civil protection and to social inclusion.

He is the author, with mr. Ugo Poli, of the feasibility study that led to the creation of the Industrial District of the Middle Friuli (2006); he also, since 1994, participated to the realization of publications and researchs on the socio-economic situation in the Middle Friuli area and on the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.
Since 2008 he is teacher on european projects issues at regional training institutions.

Since 2007, he is Regional President of ACT FVG (Association of Regional consultants of Friuli Venezia Giulia), a trade association of project managers and fundraiser.
