Taking into account the rest of the cost evaluation please provide an overall estimation of the total costs for full deployment/productionof the R & D result.Având în vedere celelalte aspecte ale evaluării costului vă rugăm să faceţi o estimare generală a costului total pentru lansarea în fabricaţie/producţie a rezultatului  CD.

To protect intellectual property rights (copyright) in Romanian nationally estimated costs are about EUR 800.

Costs related to additional research on model development and its validation are estimated at about 600 Euro.

Costs related to software design, testing and implementation are estimated at about 2100 Euro.

By combining the resources of all categories in the marketing programs that achieve the objectives proposed in relation to markets. Market forces include: market demand of different consumers / users, their location, direction of investments, distribution methods, promotional media, the legal framework.
Marketing costs are estimated at 800 Euro / year.

The target market is developed. Many companies are working in analytical research on “The finite element simulation of a hurricane on a typical house”.

 

The Romanian market has grown continuously; its product volume is increasing at a steady pace. However, the effects of the financial crisis were felt in the last period, which is reflected in lower sales.

In the first stage, the product aims to cover 1.5% of this market.

Possibilities of falling sales caused by higher prices.

      We evaluate as a medium one the financial risk of research results having in view the high costs in developing software products to be competitive on the market.
The main obstacles that are a potential brake on product development and can even lead to failure are as follows:
- The lack of know-how on product knowledge (tools, procedures);
- Numerous uncertainties related to phenomena timing (vision, future forecast), high number of actors involved, the practical implementation techniques, quick evolution of regulations);
- Misunderstanding of certain stakes (cost reduction, competitive opportunities);
- Possibilities of falling sales caused by high prices.

After evaluating all the above mentioned criteria, please tick the best financing source for the achievement of R&D result (i.e. own capitals, banking credits, venture capital, business angels, etc).

In terms of funding sources for stages of concept, design, implementation, testing and validation of experimental model, the following can be used:
- Structural funds (Sectoral Operational Programme ‘Increase of Economic Competitiveness “);
- National Plan for Research, Development and Innovation – PN II, FP 7;
- Sectoral Research and Development Plan of the Ministry of Economy.

SECTION 3: FINAL EVALUATION

It is requested a final evaluation considering the funding opportunities you believe most suitable for the exploitation of the R&D result, considering the possibility of the creation of a spin-off, further research, in particular, a cost/benefit analysis and a financial projection for the R&D result, type of collaboration identified (i.e. Licensing Agreement, Technical Cooperation, Joint Venture, Manufacturing Agreement, Commercial Agreement with Technical Assistance, Creation of a spin-off, Joint further development)…Este necesară o evaluare finală pe baza oportunităţilor de finanţare pe care le consideraţi cele mai potrivite pentru exploatarea rezultatului CD, având în vedere posibilitatea de a crea un spin-off, o cercetare viitoare, în particular, o analiză cost/beneficiu şi o previziune financiară pentru rezultatul CD, tipul de colaborare identificat (i.e. licenţă, cooperare tehnică, Joint Venture, contract de producţie, acord comercial cu asistenţă tehnică, crearea unui spin-off)…

From a scientific standpoint, “The finite element simulation of a hurricane on a typical house”, as a result of research, is leading to increased competitiveness of Romanian research in priority areas of research, namely the expansion of product offerings, both on domestic market and on regional and European / World markets.

Also, socially, the human resources arte going to be to developed in research field.
Implementation of the software product is also generating considerable economic effects, as follows:
- reducing the design cycle;
- increasing quality;
- cost-reduction.
