Description
H2O is a dedicated device to monitor the areas impacted by oil spills and other pollutants. It aimed at a continuous and real time monitoring of the chemical-physical parameters necessary to gauge the environmental conditions of the area of interest and the conditions of coastal and inland waters.
It is a modular system consisting of different types of sensors: ultraviolet and infrared sensors which can be used for airborne monitoring, and active-excitation sensors to monitor ports or coastal areas.
The sensors detect hydrocarbon pollution both in stand-alone modality and as a part of an integrated system, with very high performance levels.
Thanks to this system, the final user is able to monitor a specific area and its parameters non-stop and in real time. The constant monitoring allows the user to act immediately in case of dangerous or critical environmental situations to prevent critical situations, and environmental disasters.
