SECTION 3: FINAL EVALUATION

It is requested a final evaluation considering the funding opportunities you believe most suitable for the exploitation of the R&D result, considering the possibility of the creation of a spin-off, further research, in particular, a cost/benefit analysis and a financial projection for the R&D result, type of collaboration identified (i.e. Licensing Agreement, Technical Cooperation, Joint Venture, Manufacturing Agreement, Commercial Agreement with Technical Assistance, Creation of a spin-off, Joint further development)…

It would be necessary to find a potential partner in the field of mechatronics and/or pneumatics. (I highly recommend to the investor to connect with Bosch and Festo, or similar companies). The benefit of the partner is an attractive advertisement and goodwill in the area of innovation promotion.

To achieve this stage of the project further investment is required. The amount is approximately € 250 thousand.

If there is enough capacity and knowledge in the further development and due to the hopefully successful implementation a competitive product is created then completely different investment and product development will be necessary.

Decision of evaluation (Please keep only the appropriate)

  • The R&D result needs moderate revisions
