1b. Please describe and discuss the testing results
Each one of the 4 (four) components was tested through pilot applications in 4 (four) business incubator units with successful outcomes.

SECTION 2: Current Stage of Development

2a To what extent does the development team have technical resources for supporting the production of a new product? (Researchers, human resources, hardware, etc.)
It is a result of collective effort but just a few developers are enough for technical advice. If further research in the future is needed the whole team is available,
2b What are the technical issues that need to be tackled for full deployment, if needed?
There is a need for testing and complete operation made in candidate incubators to provide a complete beta testing version.
2c What additional technical resources are needed for the production of this new product?
A “Service Level Agreement”, (SLA) is required in order for the R&D result to be used.

A SLA is a negotiated agreement between two parties where one is the customer and the other is the service provider. This can be a legally binding formal or informal “contract”.

An SLA commonly includes segments to address: a definition of services, performance measurement, problem management, customer duties, warranties, disaster recovery and termination of agreement.

Taking in to account that the user comes from Greece the process must follow national rules:

All such agreements in order to be valid have to be registered to the Registry of the Industrial Property Organization (OBI-, within one month from their effective day (Law 1733/1987 “Technology Transfer, Patents and Technological Invention”, article 21-22).

2d Overall assessment of the current stage of technical development.
The result needs no more technical development and is ready for use. If some components need to be adapted for a different sector than the one designed or some other elements adapted to the users’ needs, they are easily implemented.
