Describe what type of testing does the R&D result need?
The innovation itself is applicable in a lot of fields. The type of testing will be result from the use of the SCAFFOLD. The choosing of the material also depending from the application of the product and of its various types of use.

If it’s made from plastic than there some standards which needs to be accomplished. If is used as a scaffolding than the testing should be done for deformation, loads, and buckling.

Generally the testing will be done on the material and its characteristics.

It depends for what kind of material (from 1 to 3 months)

10.000 to 15.000 euros.

SECTION 2: Current Stage of Development

To what extent does the development team have technical resources for supporting the production of a new product? (Researchers, human resources, hardware, etc. )
The innovator doesn’t have the resources for production of a new product. The product elements can be produced in different factories in Macedonia and at the end to be assembled in one assembly factory. The innovator is not interested in the production of the new product he just likes to put on the market the idea to interested investor or to a factory that can produce it.

What are the technical issues that need to be tackled for full deployment, if needed?
The technical issues will be defined in the prototype and again depending on the material it may be necessary additional corrections to be made.

In the geometry there is no need of additional corrections.

What additional technical resources are needed for the production of this new product?
Outsource in foundry under predefined cooperation conditions.

Overall assessment of the current stage of technical development.
This innovation is still in early stage of the technical development and the overall assessment can be done in some further stage. The testing of the product and developing the prototype are the next steps in further technical development of this innovation. Much more detailed material test is also necessary in this until now just patented geometry.

 

SECTION 3: Deployment

If is used in the construction architects, mechanical engineers and designer are going to be needed. But if is used as a scaffold there is no need of too much staff effort, only for the installation and dissembling of the scaffold.

 

SECTION 4: Overall Assessment

What is you overall assessment of the technical feasibility of the research result?
The new constructive form of circuit elements along the vertical and horizontal in place depending on the application of a mild technical feasibility and usefulness as a finished product in construction. Until now more tests needs to be done and also the construction material should be defined. This innovation is still in early stage of the development but it can be very applicable if all necessary activates for putting on the market are finalized.
