Using these tools provide a combination of performance characteristics on dry product quality at a better management of material resources and specific consumption of energy and material.
Modern command and control of drying facilities also allow the introduction of large scale process integration opportunities using process computers.
Projects in drying agricultural products focused on studies and research on control and automatic control of process parameters and the possibility of using solar energy to replace other conventional energy sources.

Studies and projects in drying agricultural products with non-conventional energy can provide a platform to facilitate the theoretical and applied research in this field. Learning platform is based on both theoretical and experimental research carried out on non-conventional energy drying systems equipped with modern command and control elements.
Categories proposed in the study platform can cover most of the potential requirements required as follows:
a) development of new drying technology equipped with command and control elements:
Applications of new technologies for conditioning agricultural products incorporating smart features to find, select and develop technological information on unconventional energy drying.
b) development of new drying systems with automated command and control processes:
Learning platform is a powerful tool that provides information on the means of automatic drying, equipment, control systems needed to be used at each stage of the process: 1) establishing the scheme non-conventional energy drying; 2) system design; 3) concept development; 4) analysis of project results; 5) the implementation of the project; 6) test in practice.
c) development of methods of analysis and synthesis of data derived from study of the implementation of modern and unconventional energy drying modernize the operation.
Platform to measure and study the technical and operating data storage, real-time data acquisition modes of performance.
d) development of management methods on the implementation progress of modern drying systems equipped with non-conventional energy and automatic control elements:
Learning platform allows the use of tools for monitoring and evaluating progress in starting the project until its completion and implementation in practice.
