1b. Please describe and discuss the testing results
A) The mechanical and design test was performed. The “suitcase” or “pocket-knife” principle of construction was successful. Both the measured parameters and the opinion of respondents about the design were positive.

B) Simulation test made by  Meshening Kft.,

The sandwich structure was analyzed with the method of finite elements. A complete simulation of rigidity was performed. During the tests the vehicle was driven for several thousand kms.

Resonance test and self frequency test were done.

C) The results of tests were used in the modification of the construction

SECTION 2: Current Stage of Development

 

2a To what extent does the development team have technical resources for supporting the production of a new product? (Researchers, human resources, hardware, etc. )
5- 20 experts are working on the project.

They have their own manufacturing workshop. It is enough for the experimental development.

 

 

2b What are the technical issues that need to be tackled for full deployment, if needed?
They want to complete the construction with model D) and E), and.

Model D) will identically (99%) same as the final construction, 5-10 pieces will be made in small scale production,

E) model prepared for mass production

 

2c What additional technical resources are needed for the production of this new product?
5,6 Million – 6 million € required for the prototypes D and for the preparation of mass production

They want to produce the carbon fiber parts and the assembly. All the other parts are purchased from the market. D  € 700000

 

 

2d Overall assessment of the current stage of technical development.
The company has a very well prepared strategy for the entire innovation. Presently they achieved a perfect model of the future vehicle and they are working on the exploitation of the result.

SECTION 4: Overall Assessment

 

1 What is you overall assessment of the technical feasibility of the research result?
Very well established project. The strategy is clear and reliable. The Procedure of project development was correct and well organized. All the reflections about the vehicle Moveo were very positive. Now the task is to get enough resources for finalizing the product development, and entering to the market. Technically it is absolute feasible.
