PAT

Description

The objective of this project is the training of a professional specializing in PAT (Process Analytical Technology )in the agro-food, with particular regard to the production sectors such as oil and typical Abruzzo wine, pasta and other realities in Teramo, which can easily fit into the production environment to increase regional competitiveness.

The training project will be developed in different stages: training university, training in local businesses training in a business or a foreign university, and creating practical implementation of PAT protocols.

The control of the entire production process, products made of high recall and economic impact will maintain high quality and to prevent and / or intervene in case of problems.
