The computer application SIGEPI was developed in prototype form by the company Ud’Anet in 2009 and it has been tested (beta test) from the University electronically Leonardo da Vinci (UNIDAV) in 2010.

In 2010 was started beta testing of the system SIGEPI about courses and master’s degree online UNIDAV and the system was positively evaluated by the certification of the quality of the University electronically.

SECTION 2: Current Stage of Development

To what extent does the development team have technical resources for supporting the production of a new product? (Researchers, human resources, hardware, etc.)

Currently the development team Ud’Anet prototype system also monitors and conducts technical assistance. In order to give full outcome to the system would be need to displace this resource on a dedicated hardware platform and expand the human resources team with at least 2 new developers for adding new functionality to the system of export profiles and cross supply and demand and Web 2.0.

What are the technical issues that need to be tackled for full deployment, if needed?
The technical issues to be addressed are mainly the following:

  • Design of new computing capabilities;
  • Development of new functionality using OS languages​​;
  • Adjustment of the key data and redesign of RDBMS;
  • Development of the mobile interfaces.

In the present state the development of the basic functionality of the system is terminated. It should be implemented by UNIDAV, new features, targeted at more satisfaction of users.
