Define the demands for large scale production in terms of
  • Materials
Materials relevant to the production of devices are generally used in electrical and electronics sector.
  • technologies, tools, machineries
The main element of the platform is the buoy that is composed of:-          Processing Unit: manages sensors and samplers;

-          Sensors Module: checks water (e.g. temperature, pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, redox, depth, etc…) and external (e.g. temperature, humidity, pressure, light, etc…) parameters;

-          Wireless Module: provide short and/or long range connectivity;

-          Water Sampling Module: collects water samples;

-          Solar Photovoltaic Module: powers the system.

  • Staff effort
Staff needed for the production and operation of the system necessarily must contain experts in electronics and computer programming

The technical feasibility of the system was demonstrated through tests that are performed under conditions of use for extended periods.
